I absolutely love this place! I’ve tried several of their group classes and every single one has been amazing. The circuit classes with Linda are my favorite. She always switches things up, so no two sessions ever feel the same and you leave feeling challenged in the best way. On top of that, the entire facility is spotless and so well-maintained.

Kick ass workout. Even the warm up and stretch was hard core. The instructor watched over every one of us making sure we got the most out of every rep. Loved the music (and the after workout grapes). I'll be back
